the hotel considers one of the legendary locations in Doha. from the moment of check-in and check-out. all the staff were super friendly and helpful. the pool and beach were perfect for family escape. the restaurants inside the hotel are remarkable and my kids insist on coming back again to the same hotel. all the rooms are having the same qualities and the views on all the sides are great. you will receive extra discount if you are a Mariotte Bonvoy member. my reservation was having an issue with short notice, and it was resolved immediately by the front disk. it was highly appreciated even my comments regarding my reservation was done in no time. Valet parking is fast in spite of Eid season. Palace Vendome and Qatar Quest is located 15 min away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine smiles from the staff, which immediately made me feel at home. The hotel itself is stunning, combining modern luxury with a timeless charm, and the views of the Arabian Gulf are simply breathtaking. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of for a comfortable stay. The resort facilities are outstanding — from the beautifully maintained pool and private beach to the state-of-the-art gym and relaxing spa. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. Each restaurant offered a variety of cuisines, and every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding throughout, but I want to give a special mention to Fahim, the housekeeper, who made my stay extra comfortable. He was always attentive, polite, and very detail-oriented in keeping my room spotless and perfectly arranged every day. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out and Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, always attentive but never intrusive. Whether for business, leisure, or a family getaway, the Sheraton Grand Doha is the perfect choice. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Prior Sheraton Grand Doha I have spent 3 nights in Kempinski Marsa Malaz at Pearl. On my own opinion the Sheraton is better choice in many respects including value for money and customer service. Almost perfect location, layout of the property’s territory, well trained and customer’s oriented staff makes this hotel very good choice for solo and family travelers. Shopping mall and metro station are located in 15-20 minutes walking distance. Cornish promenade and park are located in few steps from the hotel. I was planning to stay 4 nights and then moved to Four Seasons located almost next to Sheraton in 800 meters but change my mind and decided to extend my stay at Sheraton for extra 3 nights. There are prompt and effective communication and issues solving.

Our main enjoyment was sitting on our balcony watching the dhows go by - so peaceful especially at night with the twinkling lights across the water. The room was spacious with very comfortable beds and a separate sitting area with TV, sofa and chairs. It would be nice if it was all inclusive as dining was expensive and not even breakfast was included. It is a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with wonderful staff, but you need to be aware of cost - it is not a cheap location.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view room. There are a lot facilities in the hotel. It has a small private beach, swimming pool area, watersport area and much more. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to go the extra mile. Our 2 year old son was sick and they gave him special attention like getting him fruits at breakfast, which weren''t part of the buffet. Especially Ei Phyu was wonderful and very attentive during the breakfasts. On the last day, they even gave us cake, which was a real nice gesture. We really felt welcome and would definitely book again.

The activities in the hotel were amazing. We went on the jet ski and had a lot of fun. The pool and the beach were very relaxing and we really enjoyed our time outside under the sun.

The hotel is excellent from all points of view: location, services, facilities and atmosphere. We frequently travel all over the world and have seen many accommodations, but this hotel is by far the best we have ever stayed in.

Everything was perfect! In my opionion, this is arguably the best hotel in Doha. Beautiful resourcces, perfect location for the city centre, attentative staff, quality rooms, fine choice of dinning and the beach resort is a perfect place to relax. I thorouhgly recommend this lovely hotel for a stay.
